At Delaire in Delray Beach, consider how golf, exercise, lunch and a pool visit connect through the day. The club describes a boutique community with individual homes, fairway and lake views and substantial amenities. Understanding resident membership and the separate non-resident program helps put that lifestyle in context.
Golf & instruction
How would golf and instruction fit into your week?
The 27-hole course was originally designed by Joe Lee and later upgraded by Kipp Schulties. Instruction, leagues and tournaments support both learning and regular play. Couples events, Nine and Dines, member-guests and junior activities connect golf with social life. Ask how these programs and daily playing procedures fit the months and level of golf you expect to enjoy.

Tennis & pickleball
Where would you play racquet sports?
Eight Har-Tru tennis courts, including two illuminated for evening play, support lessons, drill clinics and arranged matches. Pickleball programming includes lessons, player assessments, organized play and mixers. The staff and schedule matter too: a clinic or social session can show how you would join in.

The fitness center includes strength and cardio equipment, with classes such as yoga, balance, golf fitness and water fitness. Personal training and physical and occupational therapy are also described in the club’s public materials. Pools & visiting family
How would you use the pools and recreation spaces?
A heated swimming pool has a deck with lounge chairs, tables and shaded seating. The children’s playground includes a water splash feature, giving younger visitors another place to play. Together with junior sports and family dinners, these spaces broaden a visit beyond golf. Confirm the current guest policy before planning regular use by children or grandchildren.

Social life & membership
What membership and home details should you verify?
Family dinners, live entertainment, holiday events and card rooms give members ways to gather outside sport.
