Read with the figures

  • The Annual Dues and Fees section is effective November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026. Receiving the brochure on October 14, 2026 does not extend that period. Taylor Garris states that the November 1, 2026 fiscal-year fees are not yet available.
  • The annual club subtotals include the three listed fixed charges only. Resident trail fees, per-use charges and property-owner association obligations are separate; their applicability must be confirmed.
  • The brochure does not state a food-and-beverage minimum, refund terms or additional assessment amounts. Missing amounts do not mean zero.
  • The source’s association dues are calendar-year 2026 figures. Do not combine them with club dues without identifying the property category and the different billing calendars.
  • Membership access is governed by the club’s membership documents. All quoted prices, terms and conditions remain subject to change.
