A practical point of view

Good data is useful.
Good judgment makes it relevant.

For nearly two decades at Waterfront Properties & Club Communities, David has worked at the intersection of luxury real estate, technology, marketing, and market data. His focus has been practical: building systems and training Realtors to help people understand a market more clearly and act with better context.

Earlier in his career, he held operating roles in wealth management and trust administration, including Senior Vice President, Wealth Management at Wachovia. and Chief Operating Officer at Renaissance Inc. That experience continues to shape his approach to real estate: source the facts, explain the method, and be candid about what the data cannot answer on its own.
