How to read this explorer

Full market value is the assessor’s estimate of market value, recorded directly in the 2025 assessment roll. It is not a listing or sale price.

Shows 1,699 mapped tax parcels classified as One Family Year-Round Residence (class 210), including condominiums in that class. Co-op and multifamily classes are excluded. Estate and rural-residence classes are outside this map’s current scope.

The saved assessment roll contains 1,702 qualifying records above $3 million; three without matching boundaries are omitted. There are 423 mapped parcels above $5 million and 19 above $10 million. Thresholds overlap. All 1,699 mapped parcels match by municipality and parcel identifier, with identical full market values in the tax and GIS sources. Tax parcels have not been independently reconciled to physical houses.

Sources: official Westchester County 2025 tax parcels and boundaries and New York property classifications. The saved 2025 assessment roll was last updated in Drive on September 26, 2026. GIS boundaries are not surveys.
