How to read this map

Maps 3,104 residential tax accounts above $3 million, 640 above $5 million, and 69 above $10 million. These overlapping thresholds count each tax account once; 115 are condo units. Shared building outlines are not additional homes.

Uses official total assessed value (TOTAL_VAL) on the Massachusetts full-and-fair-cash-value basis. The saved file is from September 26, 2026; municipal fiscal years vary and appear in each property’s details. Assessor values are estimates, not current sale or listing prices.

Includes residential houses, townhomes and individual condo units. Apartments, commercial properties, vacant land and multiple-family classifications are excluded. 9 records have different current GIS assessment attributes. Filters consistently retain the saved September assessment values.

Boundary matching uses stable town and tax property IDs. Condo units retain their own IDs and share the underlying lot outline; acreage describes the mapped land, not an apartment or survey.
