How to read this map

Maps 2,692 qualifying house, townhome and condo tax records on 2,246 lot outlines: 1,899 above $5 million and 806 above $10 million. Seven qualifying records without verified parcel outlines are omitted. Boundaries use official MapPLUTO 26v2; they are not apartment floor plans or surveys.

Uses DOF’s FY2027 final tax-roll market value (FINMKTTOT). These are tax valuation estimates, not sale or listing prices. NYC condo tax values use the city’s valuation methodology; they are not independently estimated apartment sale prices. The $3M, $5M and $10M thresholds overlap.

Includes one-family houses and townhomes (A0–A7/A9), including attached homes (A5) and mansion/townhouse records (A7) and residential condo units (R1/R2/R3/R4/R6). Co-ops, multifamily buildings, commercial units and special condo billing lots are outside this residential map. Each condo unit retains its own tax ID; several units can share one mapped lot. Lot area belongs to the shared land parcel, not the apartment.

Neighborhood names follow official 2020 Neighborhood Tabulation Areas and combine some familiar names, such as Chelsea–Hudson Yards. Kingsbridge–Marble Hill contains Manhattan tax parcels despite being in a Bronx geographic neighborhood area. Unassigned neighborhoods remain selectable where a parcel boundary is available.
