How to read this explorer
Calculated market-value estimate = saved total appraisal × 3.36. Montgomery assessments use a 1996 base year. The statewide county factor is based on 2025 sales and applies July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. This county-wide calculation is not a current appraisal of an individual home, listing price or sale price.
Maps 824 of 826 qualifying residential parcels: 824 above $3 million, 119 above $5 million and 11 above $10 million. Two unmatched parcels are omitted. Thresholds overlap. All mapped parcels have matching saved and GIS appraisal values.
Includes single-family residences, houses with in-law suites, single dwelling garage apartments, and residential condo-unit classes, including condo townhomes. No condo-unit records meet the $3 million cutoff in this saved snapshot. Apartment complexes, master condo parcels, multiple-house parcels, vacant lots and preferential-assessment records are outside this map’s scope.
The file is labeled 2026 and was saved September 26, 2026; it has no explicit roll-year field. This is a saved assessment snapshot, not a verified final 2026 tax roll. Current county parcel boundaries were matched by tax parcel ID. GIS boundaries are not surveys.
