How to read this map

Maps 1,594 residential tax accounts on 1,510 parcel outlines: 186 above $5 million and 8 above $10 million. Five house records without exact boundary matches are omitted. The $3M, $5M and $10M thresholds overlap.

Uses the saved SDAT current-cycle land value plus improvements value: the assessor’s full cash value. Phased-in taxable assessments are shown separately in property details and do not determine the value filters. This is an assessor valuation, not a current sale or listing price.

The assessment file was saved September 26, 2026. Individual valuation dates are January 2024, 2025 or 2026, because Maryland reassesses properties on a three-year cycle. The assessment-cycle field can name the next cycle and is not the valuation date. Each property’s actual valuation date is displayed.

Includes 1,503 house accounts and 91 residential condo units. Residential townhomes are eligible; no qualifying attached-home accounts were identified in the matched set. Requires one dwelling unit and positive improvement value. Vacant land, apartment complexes, commercial uses and multiple-dwelling accounts are excluded.

Each condo keeps its own tax account, unit number and value. Stacked condo boundaries describe a shared lot, not an apartment. Acreage is calculated from the mapped outline; it is not a survey. The city filter uses the property-address city, not municipal boundaries.

County GIS boundaries were retrieved October 10, 2026. Eight GIS values differ from the saved assessment file; this map consistently uses the saved SDAT values and shows both amounts for those accounts.
