How to read this map
Maps 1,168 qualifying residential tax records on 1,151 parcel outlines: 139 above $5 million and 6 above $10 million. All qualifying records matched their parcel outlines. The $3M, $5M and $10M thresholds overlap.
Uses official total market value from the saved assessment extract’s 2026 records, reconciled to the parcel-level GIS value. The saved extract contains multiple building records; counts use each distinct tax parcel ID once. All mapped records have identical values in both sources.
The files were saved September 26, 2026; the ownership GIS snapshot was updated September 25. The county’s last revaluation was in 2023, and the next is January 2027. These are official assessor values carried into the saved snapshot, not current sale-price estimates or the upcoming 2027 revaluation.
Includes 1,144 house and townhome records and 24 residential condo units. Single-family acreage, golf and waterfront classes are included when the building records verify a single-family home. Building codes 01, 04 and 06 identify houses and residential condos; a positive building value is required. The check excludes 97 land-use candidates without a verified residential building. Common areas, commercial condos, apartment complexes and multifamily townhouses are excluded. Shared condo outlines retain distinct unit tax IDs; select a parcel to choose among qualifying units. Mapped lot area describes the shared land parcel, not an apartment. Boundaries are not surveys.
