How to read this explorer
Combined assessment is assessed land plus assessed improvements. It is not estimated market value, a sale price, or a current listing. Minimum thresholds overlap: properties over $10 million also appear in the over $5 million and over $3 million selections.
The source selection contains 907 residential records with one recorded dwelling, positive land and improvement assessments, and a combined assessment over $3 million. Known condos, co-ops and multiple-dwelling records were excluded. Recorded classifications and descriptions may require individual review.
906 records have unique official GIS polygon matches: 906 over $3 million, 128 over $5 million and 10 over $10 million. One qualifying tax record has no matched boundary and is excluded from the map: 39A-B Harrison Avenue, Waldwick (municipality 0264), block 107, lot 1.01. It remains documented here rather than being assigned an inferred polygon.
